MICROSOFT OFFICE VERSION
Make sure you uninstall every Microsoft Office version that is currently installed on your device before installing the Microsoft Office version you have purchased on our website.

Verify that you have a stable Internet connection during installation. Please follow these steps for a successful activation.
Installation guide
Step 1 – Sign in to Your Microsoft Account
Go to the Microsoft sign-in page and log in using the Microsoft account where you want to activate Office.
Step 2 – Enter Your Product Key
After signing in, enter the 25-character Office product key you received and click Next to continue.
Step 3 – Download Office
Once the product key is confirmed, click Download (64-bit) or Download (32-bit) to start downloading the Office installation file.
Step 4 – Run the Installation File
Locate the downloaded Office installation file on your computer and double-click it to start the installation.
Step 5 – Allow Changes
When prompted by Windows, click Yes to allow the installer to make changes to your device.
Step 6 – Wait for Installation to Complete
Please wait until the installation progress bar is fully completed. This may take several minutes.
Step 7 – Finish Installation
Once the installation is complete, click Close. Microsoft Office Professional Plus is now installed and ready to use on your computer.
Activation guide
Step 1 – Open an Office Application
Open Microsoft Word, Excel, or any other Office application.
Step 2 – Open Account Settings
Click File, then select Account.
Step 3 – Change Product Key
Under Product Information, click Change Product Key or Change License.
Step 4 – Enter the Product Key
Enter your product key and click Activate Office.
To avoid typing errors, we recommend copying and pasting the product key from your email.
Step 5 – Restart the Application
Close the Office application completely, then open it again.
Step 6 – Choose Activation Method
When the activation wizard appears, select Online Activation and click Next.
Step 7 – Activation Confirmation
Wait until you receive the message confirming that Office is activated.
Step 8 – Verify Activation Status
Go to File → Account once more.
Under Product Information, the status should show Product Activated.
Activation Complete
Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus is now fully activated and ready to use.
Activation issues
If you’ve encountered any issues with the activation, please try the following solution.
Step 1 – Open an Office Application
Open Microsoft Word, Excel, or any other Office application.
Step 2 – Open Account Settings
Click File, then select Account.
Step 3 – Start Activation
Under Product Information, click Change Product Key or Change License.
Enter your product key and click Activate Office.
Step 4 – Restart the Application
Close the Office application completely, then open it again.
Step 5 – Select Telephone Activation
When the activation wizard appears, choose Telephone Activation and click Next.
Step 6 – Choose Your Country or Region
Select your country or region to display the correct Microsoft activation number.
Step 7 – Call Microsoft
Call the displayed Microsoft telephone number and follow the automated instructions.
Step 8 – Enter the Installation ID
When prompted, enter the Installation ID shown on your screen using your phone keypad.
Step 9 – Enter the Confirmation ID
Microsoft will provide a Confirmation ID.
Enter this code into the required fields and click Next.
Step 10 – Complete Activation
Wait for the confirmation message indicating that Office has been successfully activated.
Step 11 – Verify Activation Status
Go to File → Account.
Under Product Information, the status should display Product Activated.
Activation Complete
Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus is now activated and ready to use.
