Can I reinstall the software if I change or reset my device?
Our licenses are valid for one-time activation only and cannot be reused after a device is formatted, reset, or if the software is uninstalled. The only exception is for bind licenses, which are tied to your Microsoft account or system and can be reused. If you're unsure about the type of license you’re purchasing, please check the product description or contact us before ordering.
Do I need specific hardware to use the licenses you provide?
No special hardware is required beyond meeting the minimum system requirements of the software itself. These requirements—such as RAM, processor, and disk space—are listed on each product page. If you’re unsure whether your device is suitable, our team is happy to help you confirm before you buy.
Can I get in trouble for using a license from Digital License?
No — as long as the license is used in accordance with its terms (e.g., one device per license unless otherwise stated), you are legally protected. Our licenses are legitimate, verifiable, and meet Microsoft’s software transfer guidelines under EU law.
Do you offer volume discounts or bulk license pricing?

Do I have to use the software provided by Digital License?
Yes. Our licenses are tested and guaranteed to work only with the specific software versions provided in the download links we supply. There are many different builds and editions of software (especially Microsoft Office and Windows), and not all license keys are compatible across versions. If you already have software installed on your device, you may need to uninstall it and reinstall using our official download link to ensure activation works properly.
Are your licenses compatible with 32-bit and 64-bit systems?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, our licenses support both 32-bit and 64-bit system architectures. In some products the installer will either let you choose the correct version or automatically detect it during setup, or you can request a download link for 32bit or 64 bit version.
Do you sell used licenses?
No. We do not sell used, secondhand, or previously activated licenses. All of our products are new, unused, and never previously assigned to another user or device. This ensures full compliance, security, and uninterrupted activation.
Will I receive a VAT invoice for my purchase?
Yes. All purchases come with a VAT-compliant invoice, which can be used for accounting, expense reporting, or tax purposes. Business customers can enter their VAT number during checkout if applicable.
Are the licenses lifetime or subscription-based?
Most of the licenses we sell are lifetime licenses, meaning you pay once and can use the software permanently — with no monthly or yearly subscription fees. However, these are typically one-time activation licenses that cannot be reused after uninstalling or formatting the device.
Can I change the installation language after activating the software?
Yes. All Microsoft products we offer are global and multilingual, which means you can change the language at any time, even after activation. This applies to Windows, Office, and other Microsoft applications. Simply access the language settings within the software or system preferences to switch to your preferred language.
