Make sure you uninstall every Microsoft Office version that is currently installed on your device before installing the Microsoft 365 version you have purchased on our website.

Verify that you have a stable Internet connection during installation. Please follow these steps for a successful activation.
Installation guide
Step 1 – Sign in to Microsoft 365 Copilot
Open the Microsoft 365 Copilot page and click the Sign in button.
Step 2 – Enter Your Microsoft Account Details
Sign in using the email address associated with your Microsoft account, then click Next.
Step 3 – Update or Confirm Your Password
If prompted, update or confirm your password and click Sign in.
Step 4 – Open the Apps Section
After signing in, click Apps from the left-hand menu.
Step 5 – Click “Install apps”
Click the Install apps button in the top-right corner.
Step 6 – Select “Microsoft 365 apps”
Choose Microsoft 365 apps from the dropdown menu to start downloading Office.
Step 7 – Run the Installation and Wait for Completion
Once the download is complete, locate the Office installation file on your computer and double-click it to start the installation.
If Windows asks for permission, click Yes to allow changes.
Please wait while Microsoft 365 installs — this may take several minutes.
When the installation finishes, Microsoft 365 is ready to use.
Activation guide
Step 1 – Open an Office Application
Open Microsoft Word, Excel, or any other Office application.
Step 2 – Sign in with Your Microsoft Account
When prompted, sign in using the Microsoft account you used for your Microsoft 365 purchase.
Step 3 – Verify Your Account
Check that the correct Microsoft account is displayed, then click Continue to complete the activation process.
Step 4 – Check Activation Status
Go to File → Account in any Office application. Under Product Information, it should say Microsoft 365 – Activated.
Step 5– Activation Complete
Your Microsoft 365 is now activated and ready to use. Enjoy your Office apps!
